Where is the measure on the ballot?
You can find Measure 5-188 at the end of the ballot, the last column under Scappoose School District No. 1J. "5-188 SCAPPOOSE SCHOOL BOND TO CONSTRUCT, EXPAND, UPGRADE SCHOOLS; REDUCE OPERATING COSTS."

Can I vote on this issue if I live outside the Scappoose City Limits?
The Scappoose School District is an electoral district that is larger than the Scappoose City Limits. If you reside outside the City Limits but are still within the Scappoose School District, then Measure 5-188 will appear on your ballot.

When will receive my ballot?
Ballots were mailed to registered voters Oct 17. (If you are not a registered voter, go here and register by Oct 14!)

I lost my ballot. Can I still vote?
Yes, you can! Contact the Elections office right away for assistance.

I filled it out... Where do I return it?
On Tuesday, Nov 4, ballots must be returned to the Elections Office by 8:00 pm and to Scappoose City Hall by 5:00 pm. There are two ballot collection sites:

The courthouse has a 24-hour drop box on the north side of the building. It will also be open on Saturday, Nov 1 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
